For better security, payments B28.05 to B28.08 or similar provisions in other collective agreements are considered a termination benefit for the management of B28.02. personnel: any person, organization or institution with which a DDAA staff member is responsible for designing, managing, verifying or communicating research, science or related activities and who does not receive direct or indirect remuneration. Integrating these principles into the collective agreement would be a long way to protect and improve the ability of public scientists to do good science for the good of all Canadians. To this end, DDAA staff in the design, implementation, management, verification, use or communication of research, science and related activities: This is a great asset to science and evidence in Canada. They will be able to hear more scientists directly on television, radio and print, talk about their expertise, research and scientific knowledge – this is so important in our era of post-truth and fake news. This victory makes it possible for federal scientists to talk about their research with the public and makes it more difficult for these scientists (or future governments) to muzzle scientists. This is essential for Canadians to have access to the important public research paid for by their own taxes. The principles and guidelines for research and scientific integrity are the timely publication of scientific information and data to the public, in accordance with the Canadian government`s Open Government Directive; Awarding and recognition of contributions from the scientific/scientific government of Canada; if necessary, recognition in official publications or communications where a significant (useful) contribution has been made to programs, guidelines or regulations, including the names and roles of those who have made significant contributions to research. 30.04 By mutual agreement, the parties may use a mediator to resolve a complaint in relation to discrimination.
